Personal Details

I have spent the last 16 years as part of a sales management team that took a SAAS Software company from start up, through 2 Equity Events, and now over $100 million in recurring revenue.

Leading a sales team is not for everyone.  You must be able to read people and quickly understand what makes them tick.  There is a lot of psychology in involved.

I have seen many things go right over the years, and a ton of things go wrong.  But there are two sales philosophies that I never waiver from, and they both come down to TRUST:

  1. 1. People buy from people. Relationship selling is a technique not all companies understand the importance of.  Buyers need to be able to TRUST that you have their best interest at heart.  They need to see you as a trusted partner.

  1. 2. Your team must TRUST and believe in you as a leader. If your team believes you want to do everything in your power to help them succeed, they will run through a wall for you.

When I am not helping companies grow their sales, you will find me coaching middle school basketball and chauffeuring my daughter to dance and piano lessons.  Being a dad is the only thing I enjoy more than selling.
